Court fees about maintenance and divorce

I have filed for maintenance and divorce where I have been charged 35000 as court fees for divorce and 25000 for maintenance case and later 50000 as her fees even after so much in every hearing she will be charging me 500 as junior lawyer fees now she is asking me to pay 50000 for DV act is this is right or can I file DV act without fees pls help me with the detailed information and I’m from Karnataka Bangalore

Dear Maam,

To be clear there is no court fee for all the cases you have filed, the court won't charge you anything, any fee if you have to pay its only to your Advocate as their professional fee and that depends on each Advocate.
The court does not charge the fee what they have told you.

It's better you can change your advocate. advocate fees will differ from advocate to advocate. If u cannot pay you can approach other advocates who will accept ur case for less fees. you can take no objection certificate from your advocate and appointment another advocate.
