Can I retrun all streedhan in CAW acording to final list given by my wife in CAW cell, in future my wife claim more dowry items in court ?
You can return all the belongings of your wife including streedhan in the CAW cell proceedings and the competent authority passing the order will record the same in its order which will get signed by your wife. Yes you can return all the stridhan articles to your wife. However, if she wants to claim any other dowry articles which are not mentioned in the list, it will be difficult for her to sustain her demand before court. Based on my experience, I would suggest that you must return the stridhan articles before investigating officer and not before CAW CELL.
