Q: My daddy’s land that was left to me without will

Yes my father passed away in 2020 he had no will and it’s just me and another sister the land I’ve been living on for 18yrs he gave to me all I have is a statement signed by him saying that now my sister is trying to take half the land she’s spent all his money in bank sold everything in his home and I didn’t get anything just her and her kids idk what to do I have deed but it’s in my daddy’s name

I live in delhi and my husband stays in other city for work. After any argument he either blocks me or cut me off, even my mother in law, they never come and visit me to delhi . I have to travel den only they will be nice to me. Even at home after fights he will start yelling to not come to his house . He pushed me in anger few times ? What should I do in such case ?

Advocate Bhawana Pandey answered
You need to clarify whether these are trivial for you or severely affecting your mental status. If it is unacceptable for you then it tantamount to cruelty. Normal wear and tear in marriage shall not constitute any cruelty. Better can be advices on detailed discussion. Feel free to contact Thanks
