My mother has power of attorney as a second party my father was executor. My father died without any WILL in 2008.My mother is alive but she is in the last stage of her. As youngest son I my wife and daughter living for 2 to 3 decades. So as i am in possession would i not deem to be its owner after my mothers death?

Q: Snap fitness refund not processed after 6 Years
Details of Complaint-As I have purchased two annual membership from Snap Fitness for me and for my friend Priyank Agarwal. Both payments I have made from my cards. But first in Nov month the GYM get closed for 15 days for renovation and after that in Feb month closed permanently. While making phone calls to them no one were picking phone. Then I made complaint on email also while visiting GYM found a letter pasted there, that is attached below that we will refund your amount.After that i followed for frequent times through email and Twitter so they asked for the bank details that i sent over mail. Q: Full & Final salary settlement not paid
I joined the company office located in Noida Uttar Pradesh, the registered office is located in Delhi. due to difference in working style, i have resigned with mutual consent with CEO and HR and i have been relieved with immediate effect without the salary settlement. HR Manager assured for payout on the salary day by (7th Jan verbally), I have drawn 16 days salary last month as per joining in Nov. Dec salary is now held on pretext of full and final settlement. As a proof of my employment i have an offer letter mail to HR and final resignaton mail from my official mail iD.Please advise the legal recourse available to myself in such cases.

Yes my father passed away in 2020 he had no will and it’s just me and another sister the land I’ve been living on for 18yrs he gave to me all I have is a statement signed by him saying that now my sister is trying to take half the land she’s spent all his money in bank sold everything in his home and I didn’t get anything just her and her kids idk what to do I have deed but it’s in my daddy’s name

Q: Husband behaviour is not appropriate towards me.
I live in delhi and my husband stays in other city for work. After any argument he either blocks me or cut me off, even my mother in law, they never come and visit me to delhi .
