1.She has replied yours notice,it is not necessary to reply should be given through Advocate.
2. As she has borrow loan from Bank in that situation you have to prove she had brown for her personal use.

Question: I have filed a divorce petition under 13B HMA in Mumbai family court , me and my wife recently appeared for 1st appearance counseling , we already living separately for 3 yrs now , until then she never approached for any settlement between us , hence I sent a lawyer notice to her to get a reply, but she only replied me on a piece of paper in her own writing .is this reply valid to a legal notice? she said to th marriage counselor that she ready to file mutual consent divorce , without any maintenance claim , but she said she wanted her stridhan back mangalsutra which she kept in a gold finance bank, it is over a period of three years now , she had kept her mangalsutra against gold loan and took money for her own purpose , I never signed any loan documents for that finance bank , never I received any dues notice or auction notice to me ? now she claiming for that money.. please help me in this, as she falsely claiming for money and saying she invested in it. what step should I take ?

Pice of paper reply is valid.
You have to pay the stridhan amount which ever may be.

Dear client, The reply given on a plane paper is treated as reply of your wife,to give lawyer or plead self doesn't mater.As per Shri dhana ,money taken from bank etc.that is expences during marriage period hence you are binding to pay the Shri dhan. As she is not expecting marriage expenditure and maintenance hence it is best to expence of mangalsutra bear by you.if you like opnion please rate me.thanks
