Can wife claim litigation expenses

My wife is making false allegation on me nd my family… and is threatening me to file fake case on me on my expense.. cab wife claim litigation expense from me?? If yes then how much nd in what condition?? She is working with approx 30k per mnth..

Hello, little more information would have been helpful. a female can initiate several litigation against her husband depending on what advise is given by her lawyer. You can initiate legal proceedings like divorce if required.

yes your wife can claim litigation expense in divorce case and in maintenance case she only claim maintenance but as you told she is earning 30k so this amount is enough for maintane herself it benfits you..

You can file the suit before the concerted court. After examining the case and listing the parties, the court will give the judgment in your favour. The only thing you have to do is to go to court and file the petition through your advocate.

The Hindu Marriage Act of 1955 (HMA) Section 24: If the court believes that the husband or wife does not have an independent source of income to support them and pay for the required expenses, the court will grant the other spouse the following on the application of either spouse.
