Me & wife contesting divorce,3 hearings passed & she replied to my petition,in the meantime I proposed for mutual which she agreed, on the first session, she said don't want to come back, also demanded my son (who is staying with me) & maintenance for my son, counsellor said to handover my son on weekends, I didn't agree, what legal options I have, i lost my business & jobless now, my son doesn't want to go with her. I met her many times alone as well as with my son to sort out. kindly advice

Q: 377 511 pocso 7/8 case filed against me. Bail and chargesheet done

Hi all. I m charged under 377 511 pocso 7/8. It's a homosexual case on gay dating app for 18+ famous among homosexual known as Grindr app. There is minor faking his age had created his profile. I met this guy at my home. Lots of fake allegations made against me in FIR and not can be proved. The other party is ready for settlement. As I am aware that pocso cases or 377 cannot be compromised and settlement is done in court but other party is ready for all things to turn hostile. Please help now

Q: Wife left within a year of marriage without saying anything

I have been married less than a year. There have been many verbal fights and altercations between us during this period. She has left the home now. I feel severely disturbed and anxious. I am not at all happy in my marriage and it has been very hard to adjust with her. If she does not return, at what point should I consider divorce? With the future looking very uncertain, I wanted to know what are the possible legal courses in the short and long term for someone in my position.

my husbnd & inlaws mentaly tortured me.dey hve insulted my parents.whn we informd d matchmaker,dey denied n lie about everything.Took me inlaws home.Was stying at mayka,As my husband lives in anthr country for work.Mil still insults me a lot,i have lost my confidence.Whn some1 comes, dey start behaving nicely. 2-faced people.I don't lyk husband(as he didnt support n ask me to do wht dey say).i did evrythng, mil has OCD.She treats me bad.alwys keep an eye on me(cant tk prof) how can i get divrce

Q: wife asked for divorce on insult basis

my wife has askd me 4 divorce.she doesnt knw cooking & household chores.But b4 wedding she was staying out 4 work,she had maids.my mom doesnt aprove of cooks n maids.that's why my mom insult her.(she nvr quarld back)she didnt like it & said it effects her mentaly.Thus she left home.whn parents met,had a quarel. she came to home & stoped talkng much.do the work n help mother as much she can apart from office wfh.now she is telling had enuf.want divorce.what should i do(Cant go against parents)
