Q: Non appearance in divorce case

I have few cases against my husband. He comes in DV case and dowry case which just started this month but my divorce case which is running from the past of two years. He never comes in that case hearing. I want to take divorce and alimony from him since I am keeping unwell. Not that much good health that I can work. Since he doesn’t come judge made this ex partie case. Now I want to know the advantages and disadvantages on me and my case. How will I get alimony and divorce in such situations.

Q: How to avoid frequent visitation rights for father

My sisters daughter was smothered and sister was attacked by kitchen knife by husband. Now after settlement he needs a clause to visit daughter with grandparents twice a month at his place. We are apprehensive and want it once or twice a year, that too for 1 hour ( this was agreed by father in last mutual agreement which he violated and could not be materialised). Please guide !!
