First of all don’t take stress because you are a female and you have so many rights in law . If you want back your assets or dowry so you need to file a case of under section 27 hindu marriage act and you can also file a case of per month maintenance amount and he can’t deny to give you money in every month and you have rights in his property also . Hello, hope you are good and doing well, there were certain grounds for the process of divorce. Please answer some questions for some clarity. 1. Did you take any legal action against your husband or the proceedings are pending before any court? 2.Did you leave your matrimonial house or residing there only? 3. Whatever the assets you own or your husband owes, it's the future part of the court proceedings, but the essential part is to provide the documentary evidence related to transactions you made from your account. 4. EMI debited from your joint account or personal account? 5. You cannot force your husband to join the court proceedings, if he doesn't join it will get a negative impact from his side. The court will take action in the future course of time, so don't worry about that point. 5. You have an option to get the maintenance from your husband.
