Divorce and Child custody case

I have been in toxic marriage for 11 years... My husband abused me physically and mentally... Many murder attempts... Now I asked divorce... I have a son .. he is blackmailing that I should not remarry.. and I have to sign an agreement that I have to give my son to him if I remarry. What can I do? Pls help me

it is a cruelty that you are underground for cost 11 years your husband is doing blackmail and your life is India pathetic condition so in this condition one thing you can do you can leave the matrimonial home child file divorce you are not financial able to maintain yourself you can't file a maintenance case domestic violence case for the violence underground the matrimonial home
