Q: need consultation on women's right in the case of domestic violence

What options do we have if a husband daily abuses his wife in a very aggressive way , verbal abuse , physical howsoever and daily gives threat to self harm himself to fulfill sexual needs . his family also abuses specifically his father (my father in law) . now i dont feel safe with him and i dont have a permanent stable income source.

Q: Illegal possession on land by other person having PoA and we have sale

My father is retire from govt job and we belong to s.c caste. My father have purchase a land in delhi and he has a sale deed on his name. In recently 06 months ago someone sale this property on PoA and place electric meter on his name. We came to know about it after 06 months. We reach to police they not file F.I.R they said it will be civil matter put it in court case. Please guide in this regard. Manoj Kumar

Q: how to collect Evidence of Affair in India

Hello,My husband and I are Indian citizens married and residing in different country. He had an extramarital affair and stayed with the other woman in a Delhi hotel for 3–4 days. I need legally obtained evidence to apply divorce case. I am aware of few dining areas, shopping areas they had been. Need to find hotel records is it via court order or police or through advocate? Please help advise and to get me the evidence, i am fine to hire and who is knowledge and can help me get this.TQ.

Q: Filing of PIL for unscrupulous time share holidays selers

There is pervasive cheating in selling time share holidays . They promise the moon and charge you lacs for holiday weeks for 10/30 years but deliver nothing . There is no exit clause , no customer service , no recourse.I hv brought 3 holiday packages for 3 to 30 years but got nothing . Complaints on consumer portal and CPGram yielded no result . They don’t respond to letters /emails and even legal notices . Taking my investment as sunk , I wonder if it is a fit and proper case for filing PIL ?

you file criminal complain of cheating and criminal breach of trust against them in local police station and if police don't do any thing than file complain under section 175(3) BNSS in court...you can also file PIL, in such cases consumer court will be best..contact us for more free legal advice
