Q: court date for ipc 326 summon for a street fight
My young brther was delivering for Zomao when he had an altercation with a person who told him to leave an area. they had a fight in which my brother in order to save himself picked up a tip of a broken nail filer from the ground. But the other person jumped on him and got injured with that tip.He called the police and they arrested my brother under ipc 326. They released him after taking 5000. Now we have received summons to appear in patiala court on the 26 th april . Kindly suggest .

Q: My lawyer wants to claim my ligation charges
My husband filed a divorce case against me last year. The judge told my husband that he has to transfer me litigation charges which were 11,000/- because he filed the case so he will have to do so. I have a lawyer from DLSA (government lawyer), and since i recieved the litigation charges, he has been asking me for that litigation charges to give it to him. Should i give it to him? Is it a law ?Some lawyers said that you should not give charges to him. Kindly explain...

Q: How can we leave property and live
Hi Team,So I, with my mother and brother live on the second story of a house. Ground floor is occupied by Grandfather and Uncle. First floor is occupied by business partner . The property share is divided legally as follows :-50% of the property i.e. 100 sq yd is on business partners name.25% of the property i.e. 50 sq yd is on Grandfathers name. 25% of the remaining property i.e. 50 sq yd is on my Mothers name. How can we leave property without the fear of someone taking over our share ?

give your property on rent and make registered rent agreement.. registred rent agreement is costly but later if any dispute or any kind of trouble happens than it's very important.. you can also hire any person or any advocate whom you trust to look before property in your absence..

Q: Property Issues Related To Family.
My grandfather was allotted a DDA flat in 1986. After executing a Conveyance deed my father and my uncle ( chacha ) in 2017 transferred the flat in my aunts name by mode of Notarized GPA , agreement to sell and a will. Now my uncle says he is still the owner of the half share of the property. Does my uncle has any right in the property. If not how can my aunt claim the property as my aunt want my uncle to vacate the flat. My father had transferred his rights in the flat to my aunt. Bow the dispute is between my aunt and uncle. My uncle also transferred the property by means of GPA , agreement to sell and a affidavit thatt was notarized. Now does my uncle has any right in the property. If not how can my aunt claim possession of the property. She does not live in the flat. My uncle lives with his family in the flat.
