My lawyer cheated me and due to the negligent of court staff. My husband had given ex-parte divorce to me. Hello is a govt Bank employee. I m also a govt servant. Hello told me about one year ago he had divorced in Feb 24 and did marrige in sep 24. Now he has become a new born baby father.But he has already one younger son who was 4 yr old. Hello hided that son before court.In the marriage certificate his second wife is unmarried shown.He is having two boy children with previous marriage.

Q: Caught for Public Drinking Pabandi Nama Breath analyser test

Police Caught me yesterday in public Drinking near Saket. They took breath analyser test. Take out slip which shows 198 mg. It was drunk driving slip. He cut the drunk driving part on the slip. No section was mentioned on that slip. He took photo of my adhaar card. He asked me to sign pabandi nama. And asked me to go. Calibrated date on that slip was untill 2023. He took my adhaar card it has old address. anything I can do on this or it was just warning? If Anyone can help on this, I'm scared.
