Can wife claim litigation expense from husband

Can wife claim litigation expense from her husband?? Like if she files case of 498 or DV or maintenance against her husband then can he also file for litigation expense for those cases?? If she is also earning approx 30k per month…

Yes u Claim litigation charges only for contested divorce only for contested divorce n not otherwise ! U need to hire expert advocate in this regard ! Thanks n b in touch with us for the same in this regard

Yes Any complainant or defendant can pray for litigation expenses. The maintenance relief given to the wife is also not necessary. A husband can also claim maintenance or monetary benefits. Depending on the grounds filed by the husband, he can also put charges on the wife and get a success and favourable judgment
