Travelling after PWDVA case filed against family

Can I travel abroad having a PWDVA case filed against my family a week ago?
Respected with permission of the court only you can travel abrade and when any criminal case is pending. Even though it is PWDVA, it is also criminal proceeding and the allegation is directly against you only. So before you need to leave country you need to obtain the court permission. When you provide gunvine reason, you will get permission.

yes you can travel there is no problem, filing of domestic violence petition will not create any restriction unless there is an order from court restraining you or your family members from traveling and the presence of your counsel will be ok.
