You have to file appropriate application to the concerned court for grant of permission to travel abroad. All the relevant documents of your work abroad has to be the part of said application. Court may or may not grant permission depending on the severity of offence for which you have taken anticipatory bail.

You’ll have to file a separate miscellaneous application in the same disposed of ABA in the same court. It’s an easy process where even the police authorities will have to come and give their say. Then the application will be decided and orders will be passed.

you can apply to the court to fly abroad but not permanently as till the case is pending you jave to attend the court or the court shall terminate the bail or shall order you to submit your passport with the court or shall order the concerned authority to not issue visa to fly abroad the permanent way is to settle the matter or to go for a quashing of the FIR on merit basis so that the case can be permanently be finished
