Assets and Liabilities in a Maintenance Case
18-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband left me and my twin girls in the hospital,right after delivery.The case was decided ex-parte as he was not attending the maintenance proceedings n he has filed to set aside the ex-parte decision and I have not challenged it.The court has asked to submit assets and liabilities affidavit,I do not have any properties in my name and currently working with a monthly income of 13,500rs and live with my mom and brother and I look after only my kids school fees. Kindly,suggest the next steps.
hi first we need to see at what stage the present case is which is filed by you amd if any orders are passed on this petition then you could move an expediete petition to pass orders so that you could get maintenance
