Filing divorce and asking maintainance for 13 year old son

Iam living separately since 2020 0ct 2.my doesn't support me and my kid financially.he only pays my son's school fee 30000 rupees.i want to file a divorce and maintenance to my son.he harrassed me he had affairs ,I have all the proofs.can I get divorce easily

yes you can file for divorce. I suggest you to file for maintenance and divorce case. prior to that you should have on hand what are the properties, income source he has and proceed further. if u can place the issue before mediators then amicably problem might get solved.
