Regarding income and assets affidavit by father in law nd mother in la

Is it mandatory to file an affidavit of income and assets by father in law and mother in law in Domestic violence case.
It is not mandatory but only if it seems necessary to the court then court can direct to file an income and assets certificate in Domestic Violence cases otherwise it is not necessary. it is the discretion of the court whether to ask for it or not.

Hello in the matrimonial dispute cases affidavit for income and assets by father in law and mother in law is not mandatory unless specifically ordered by court. Although husband or wife as the case may be they have to file the said affidavit. Court generally need this to assess the maintenance.
