The Advocate is not removing the defect

An adv has filed a bail petition in Patna High Court. nDuring stamp reporting, a defect is required to remove from case. But after filing the bail petition the adv handed over the file to me. nPl adv who can remove the defect from the case -- the adv who had filed or any other adv. nPl note still case no. has not been generated.

The matter will not be heard by the Honourable Judge in Chambers if the defect is not corrected within 90 days of its notification.
