Can I move directly to Hon'ble High Court Patna for Remedies. I had nothing to do with the incidence which took place in the premises of my university. We have complete CCTV footage without sound recording. I am no where in contact of the complainant.

Anticipatory bail is not maintainable in case of Sc/ST act. You have to file for bail in trial court and dissatisfied with that order you can move to high court. मेरा नाम प्रीति कुमारी है में ग्रामीण बैंक में असिस्टेंट मैनेजर हू मेरी ब्रांच मैनेजर ने फ्रॉड कर के बहुत सारे गलत लोन अकाउंट खोले और उसके पैसा को अपने पर्सनल यूज किया फिर लोन अकाउंट बंद कर दिया पैसा जमा करा के ये सब मेरे जानकारी में नही था ऑडिट में ये सब पकड़ा गया और बैंक ने सभी ब्रांच एम्प्लॉय पे FIR कर दिया है फ्रॉड में समलित होने के शक के कारण लेकिन एस्मे मेरा कोई हाथ नहीं था बस मेरी यूजर आईडी तीन चार जगह यूज होने के कारण मुझे भी दोषी मना गया है लेकिन मैंने कोई लोन अकाउंट नहीं खोला है न किसी पे मेरा signnature है कोर्ट में गए तो जज डायरी डिमंड किया है IO se or नेक्स्ट डेट दिया है एस्साब में मुझे क्या करना चाइए

An adv has filed a bail petition in Patna High Court. nDuring stamp reporting, a defect is required to remove from case. But after filing the bail petition the adv handed over the file to me. nPl adv who can remove the defect from the case -- the adv who had filed or any other adv. nPl note still case no. has not been generated.

I sent a friend 20000 sum of money by UPI for admission of my brother in an engineering college. The money was not sent to college thus my brother's admission got cancelled and he has to return home. He is in lot of trauma due to the incident. The friend is not picking up my call neither replying to my messages. What sections should be labelled against that friend for fraud and mental trauma? I am going to register a FIR against him that's why needed some help.

you may file a criminal case against him for his act. this is a clear case of cheating as well as criminal breech of trust. you may consult any good criminal advocate for further action. not picking your phone call clearly shows his maladie intention.
