finding court judgement from district in Delhi.

I want to find court judgement for incident happened in year 1995 and 1998. In 1995 I was beaten up ruthlessly and was about to die. In second case I was witness to murder of kid in my school . Murdered by another kid of the school. How to get judgement from district courts?

You need to approach the court and apply for the certified copy of the order/judgement of the case in which you are seeking the judgement. If the case is already decided then in that case you need not sign it up from the magistrate. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
