police is saying 509 offence is not really serious but sc st act may create issue in court? They are not direct proof against me

If your offenses are bailable then you need not worry and if they are non bailable then you must secure you anticipatory bail at the earliest. moreover you need to get in touch with a lawyer to prepare a good defence for your case in court

everything depends on complaint given by the complinant and evidence avilable and advocate who will be representing you case. anyhow you follow legal procedures many things on fact of case every case is unique in it self
