After filing a SLP in how many days will the hearing take place

How many days does it takes to get an earliest date of hearing after filing a SLP & getting SLP number from registry ?

It's not so much but it depends on the court burden and yes you can track your SLP from the site of SC but firstly you to take your dairy no. From your advocate of your SLP and then track and know your current status of SLP Thank you A. F. Faizi

Fresh slp registered from Saturday to Tuesday will usually list on next/ coming Monday and slp filed from Wednesday to Friday will usually listed next / coming Friday. So in every circumstance it will be a week.

Here is an extract from an SC circular enunciating the listing policy: “Fresh admission cases registered from Saturday to Tuesday will be listed on the following Court working Monday or the notified miscellanous day and fresh cases registered from Wednesday to Friday will be listed on next the following Court working Friday or the notified Miscellaneous day, from the date of removal of office objections, if any.”

First you have to take care about the filing and try to remove the objection as raised by the Registry. Once your objection are removed it will list within a week or 10 days. In case of urgent filing you have to mention it before the Chief Court about the urgency, if they are satisfied matter get listed on next day.

It depends whether your AOR have cleared all the defects then the SLP will be listed at the most within 2 weeks unless urgency is shown and matter is mentioned for listing before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
