The success rate of review petitions in the Supreme Court of India can vary depending on the specific circumstances of each case. It is difficult to provide an exact success rate as it depends on various factors such as the merits of the case, the arguments presented, and the interpretation of the law by the court.

A review petition is typically filed to challenge the final judgment or order of the Supreme Court after exhausting all other legal remedies. The grounds for filing a review petition are limited to specific situations, such as discovery of new evidence or an error apparent on the face of the record.

If a Special Leave Petition (SLP) is rejected by the Supreme Court, the next step would depend on the nature of the case and the available legal options. Some possible options could include:

1. Filing a review petition: If there are valid grounds, a review petition can be filed within the prescribed time limit to request a review of the Supreme Court's decision.

2. Exploring curative petition: In certain exceptional cases, a curative petition may be filed after exhausting all other remedies. A curative petition is a remedy of the last resort and can be filed in cases where there has been a violation of the principles of natural justice.

3. Seeking other legal remedies: Depending on the nature of the case, it may be possible to explore alternative legal remedies such as filing a writ petition or approaching a relevant authority or tribunal if applicable.

The success rate of review petition would depend on various factors. If you have a good case on merits, i.e. substance then chances are relatively good.
If SLP is rejected, you can go for review for sure.

Once your SLP is rejected, you may proceed to file a Review Petition.

Likelihood of a relief in a Review Petition is not ruled out since, if there is an apparent error on sufficient cause in an SLP, then the Review Petition do get allowed.
