What is the meaning of pre admission

I filed a case through letter, the same was treated as pil . it was in the year 2017, June. The case was showing earlier as pending. Now in the status bar it is showing as pending ( pre admission). Kindly let me know what is the meaning of pre admission. Thank you in advance.

Dear,

Pending (Pre admission) means, the registrar of the court may not have passed your PIL for admission in the court. There can be issues with your PIL viz., format, technical irregularities etc. Contact the Registrar (Judiciary) of the court and know the reasons of such delay and upon knowing the reasons, comply with the same and get the PIL admitted.

The case has not yet been heard by the court. The petition/appeal has not been heard by the court yet.
