If you want to file complaints to the police station you should have the original bill of exchange of that company which will help to you and if you have cheques of the company so you can bounce it to your bank account and give them notice for the bouncing of the cheque by advocate and filing the complaint to the court u/s 138 of N I act

send legal notice demanding all dues with cost and all lossess.
inform your business association about this mal practice.
then approach to police station if they don't respond.
if you want early,
directly prepare in writing complaint disclosing fraud, cheating etc. better to appoint a lawyer. if not try to show how you got cheated in simple terminoloy explaining the business transactions alongwith all docuemnts.
