Domestic Violence petition being delayed

I have a domestic violence petition pending before the Magistrate in Saket. I filed it in April 2023 and she is finding some or the other reason just to delay the petition. Is there a solution to it? How can I make the process faster?

You should approach the Hon'ble High Court for expedite your case within some time frame its a only option what you have currently so just enclose entire order sheet and purse your petition need any more clarification take a consultation.

As you have written in your question that you filed your domestic violence case in the year 2023, it has been almost a year but no process has progressed and it is continuously getting delayedAfter any domestic violence case is filed, first of all the report of domestic violence comes from the DPO and after that notices are sent to the opponent through the DPO and after the report comes, the case starts and the other party has to file its returns. If you have to file objections then I don't understandI am wondering how there has been a gap of 1 year in your case. Please send me the details.

You can move a petition in HC to speed up , with the direction proceedings faster and in some case time bound hearing. apart you can meet the clearks in court to serve the notices and do it. Apart you can file section
