Kreditbee shattered my credit score

How can I take legal action against a mobile loan app? I have taken loan of Rs 89000 from kreditbee with 5 installments, I’ve foreclosed the loan in 3 months,all of as sudden my credit score went downhill, after verifying I’ve found that kreditbee taken loan from 2 financial institutions in my name, they failed to repay one of the loans leaving Rs799 as unpaid due, It’s been 85 day and the financial institution marked me as a defaulter, My credit score came to 450 from 750, please help me with a solution to file a case.
You can file criminal and consumer cases against kreditbee. As long as you have all transaction trails and related evidence you have good case. It will take some effort but for good. It's for you to decide how to proceed further.

For salaried, late payment charges: Rs. 500 and 0.15% per day penalty charge. The penalty is 0.15% per day. Other KreditBee charges: Document collection fee, convenience fee, credit reassessment charge, loan document charge, and penalty charges for automatic debit.
