Hello you can file a criminal complaint against the accused for not marrying you in spite of promise to marry. The offence of rape also committed. You can get in touch with us. You have to make a written complaint to the police station for lodging the FIR. If the police refuses to lodge the FIR you can file an application under section 156(3) for direction upon the police to lodge an FIR
