Regarding Loan From Kredit Bee Karnataka

Sir i had taken a loan from kreditbee as a NBFC having paid one EMI remaining 4 EMI is pending because of financial problem I not able to pay now they harassing through call and saying we file case against you in Karnataka court can they file case against me saying we file case against you to harsssment to their company is they file case against me
you have to clear your EMI irrespective of muh the NBFC is troubling you.
once you take a loan you become fully liable to clear the outstanding amount to the bank and or the financial institution.
it is not escapable from you and hence it is advisable to clear the EMI otherwise the NBFC will go ahead and file a case against you and obtain an auction order against the property you have mortgaged with them.
