Dear Madam You can lodge an FIR in police station against your boyfriend citing all incidents and promises made by him to indulge you into a physical relation with him. For drafting proper FIR you can take assistance of a lawyer. Regards

Lodge an FIR before police authorities having jurisdiction to register the same or file a complaint petition before competent magistrate. He may get arrested on the basis of your complain/FIR since the same offence is falling under the purview of 376 IPC.

You need to collect evidence and pr oceed with caution. Long consented relationship will not make out a case nor compel any party to oblige except 420 which is minor in nature. Consult a good advocate

Well, you should have to complaint before the concerned police station or MAHILA THANA regarding the matter that your boy friend has sexually extorted you on the pretext of false promise of mairrage. In my opinion you first of all contact a criminal lawyer to prepare an application regarding the offence in synchronized form wisefully in domestic language & go to the aforsaid police station or MAHILA THANA to complaint Best of luck Thank you

Send your complaint by mail or in writing to the Superintendent of Police. If your complaint is accepted by the Superintendent of Police, he will either conduct an investigation himself or instruct someone else to do so. 3. You can make a complaint in private before the court that has jurisdiction.
