Q: Is Registered marriage can be a trap

A family is keep posponding the marriage dates and now they want to do registered marriage with engagement and asking that they will accept the bride with all the rituals of marriage after some months. Should accepting the proposal will be a good idea? As the family had never kept their words. They say that they don't have fund right now so they want to do registered marriage right now. And after sometime they will do the marriage with rituals. Should we trust the family or should we move on? After doing registered marriage will be their any issues?

U can go ahead because, registered marriage is legal and genuine for authenticity of the marriage, more that rituals .Marriage with rituals is only for society.. But aftr registeration ,keep the marriage certificate with u so that if they will not accept the bride aftrward then u may file a case against them on the ground of that certificate.. thanks



Q: Want to know the procedure of name change in 10th mark sheet

12 years ago I had admitted my son in the UKG of Surendranath Centenary School, Ranchi. That time I had filled the mother,s name as Anulata Kumari. When 10th result declared, in the mark sheet the mother name was Anulata Kumari. Further, it is clarified that Her name in all official records is Anulata Singh like bank passbook, PAN card & Bank Account. I have to fill my son,s application form for JEE Mains 2019. I am filling her mother name as Anulata Singh as mentioned in Aadhar Card, PAN Card & Bank account. How can I change the her mother,s name by Anulata Singh in 10th class records of CBSE. Pls, suggest me proper way.

Her name in all official records is Anulata Singh like bank passbook, PAN card & Bank Account., as u said ,u need to make an affidavit declaring that anulata kumari and anulata singh is the same person i.e your son's mother clarifying that in ur son's academic records her name is anulata kumari and in her id proofs it is anulata singh...



Q: How can a wife ask for divorce

Wife has already filed for maintenance and already 5 months have passed and she wants to file for divorce. But for that one year physical separation is required if it is so then this 5 months will be counted or not? Whether she will be granted divorce if she doesn't claim alimony?

Yes u both can file for mutual divorce and ofcourse these five months will also be included in that seperation period between you both.And without the demand of alimony from ur wifeside you can also get divorce granted from the court.

Sir/mam actually meri bhabhi ne hmpe jhutha dowry ka case file kiya hai jabki humne phle hi SP office aur thana me notice bhej chuke the by complete papers ki wo future me aisa kr skti hai fir bhi wo case file hua aur usne 15lakhs ki mang ki hai jisse hamara bail reject ho gya h jo ki ab high court se hoga so what can i do.

Case to apki bhabhi file kar sakti hn kbhi bhi , but jaisa ki apne kaha ki earlier aaplogon ne informatry daal rakha tha P.S mein ki aisa kuchh kr sakti h apki bhabhi...Thik h agr lower court mein apka bail reject hua h ,to high court mein apne advocates se kahiye ki apne jo informatory file ki thi uski certified copies attach krke record mein tb argument krein apke bail k liye, and choose a lawyer of full knowledge and experience...



Q: Regarding mental and physical torture case.

It's regarding torture ( mentally and physically) case of my own little sister by his husband. Need to know the procedure. My parents are going tomorrow to bring my sister and her daughter back to our home. They are about to file a case of torture to the nearby police station tomorrow. Is that sufficient or give advice?
