09-Jan-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My senior doing unnecessary torture and mental harassment to me. He is always pin pointing me and telling put email against teammates. And one day he was telling me to put email against director. I don't know how to deal with this man. He is in different city and I am in another city, but still he is forcing me to pin point teammates and do blame game. And he himself doesn't do anything. Just troubling me over phone and Skype everyday and rather than off day's as well. I am literally frustrated of all this glitch, thinking to leave the job. Please tell me how I can get over of this. Thanks.

You should do the following things:

1. You should take screenshots of all the email this person is sending you and requesting you to do;

2. You should keep records of all the times he has called you and record the skype conversations (which could be used as evidence if and when needed);

3. You should also keep a record of all the emails you had to send to other employees/your colleagues because of your senior's advise;

4. For every kind of mental harassment you have suffered, you should make a written complaint to the HR department of your office. Add all the screenshots as evidence of what you were made to do. (It will be good that there is record of a complaint made by you)

5. You can approach the disciplinary authority established in your office and give your complaint to them as well;

6. If things get worse, you can file an FIR against the senior for causing mental harassment and duress;

7. If you approach the right forum, then maybe your problems could get resolved easily. At least, you will not be wrongly blamed for all the email you had to send under pressure.
