Q: Ex parte divorce filing eligibility

I was married in march 2020. I left my husband in Feb 2021 as he was very abusive and he tortured me emotionally and physically. Can I file directly for divorce based on ex parte after living seperately for a year? I mean is it mandate to file petion for divorce and then only after completion of a year since I can opt for ex parte divorce.

you can file a divorce petition at this stage . there is no such limitation with respect to the non availability of the option are getting forward with filing a divorce petition if you living separately from your husband

Q: Couple don't want to get married after relationship but girl's family

I have been in a relationship with a girl since 4 years but since 1.5 year nothing is going good between us so we don't want to marry with eachother but girl's family is threating me about leagal action against me bcz i am about to join a government job ..girl has made it clear in front of her family and me that she doesn't want this marriage neither do i...can there be any issue for my job?I have all the Evidences (audio & video) of her denial.

in absence of any particular evidence which provides an impression that you had in fact made a promise to marry the girl , the family of the girl cannot take any action against you since when the girl is also not interested .

Q: My husband cheated me with another women and he is very abusive

My husband is very abusive in both physical and mental and he had an extra marital affairs too and he won't let me leave him when he is cheating me with someone else behind my back

as per the provision of the Hindu Marriage Act there are two specific clauses through which you can seek divorce from your husband . the court after considering your case shell decree of divorce which would result in dissolution of your marriage .

Q: NBFC Problem Even After Receiving NOC

Even after receiving NOC, the NBFC is not closing the loan account and repeatedly sending reminders to pay "dues". It has been 3-weeks now. Have spoken with their customer care repeatedly where they accept on call that that loan account has been closed; yet they are not updating it on their application, from which I am getting payment reminders via SMS and WhatsApp. Note: This is the ONLY loan account relationship with the NBFC.

a notice will have to be sent to nbfc about the payment of the loan . it has to be conveyed that pending liability with respect to any existing account being maintained with NBFC. reference to all the necessary documents will have to be provided .
