Q: Cheating and Forgery in context to friendly loan

My friend had taken a friendly loan of 5 lac rupees from me 3 years ago and mortaged a property in context to the loan. Now one month ago he refused to pay back the loan taken ,in response to this I went to see the property he mortaged and got a shock to hear that the property did nt belong to him and it was in someone else' s name . Then i checked the property papers and got to know they were fake I reported to the police but they did nt listen to me and made me frequently go to the police statio for 1 month and in that time the time period for recovery of debt in court had also gone by I also got to know from someone that he had bribed the police for harrasing me. Can anyone tell me what should i do int this case ?

I got divorced last year December in India I live in New Zealand I have a 4-year daughter from that marriageI had a mutual divorce in that I had the sole custody of my daughternow in New Zealand, my ex-spouse keep harassing me for my daughterand took her from me when I asked him to give her back he deniednow according to the Indian law, it is a contempt of court but as it happened in New Zealand can I still file a case in India we all three are still Indian citizens

Q: regarding cancellation of anticipatory bail

1.my uncle is victim,3 person shoot on my uncle 13 march 2018 Bihar,at that time 1 goon was caught by villagers ,he told the master mind behind the incident. police misguided us from 5 month and main accused never arrested, today 18/09/2018 he granted anticipatory bail from patna high court .what should we do for rejection of anticipatory bail.can supreme court accept my peal for rejection of anticipatory bail.can I approach to supreme court.police has not submitted injury ,CDR to session court or Patna high court.without injury and CDR how anticipatory bail is granted.

You had a chance to challenge the said Anticipatory Bail Application at Hon'ble High Court of Patna at that time but unfortunately you missed it.
