Someone registered an FIR against my car 2 years ago. Please help

While checking the status of my RC. I found out that someone has registered an FIR against my car 2 years ago. In these 2 years no one from the police or the complainant has tried to contact about the FIR. On the RC Status, My car is showing blacklisted. What are the effects of my car being blacklisted and how can check and dissolve this FIR ?

In case of any traffic violations or unpaid challans a vehicle may be blacklisted. In the future you may face issues in case you decide to get your HSRP or transfer the vehicle or desire a change in address. You can move for quashing of the FIR.
