Q: Noc for selling of my house from my relatives

My late uncle and aunty (not having children) tranfer house on my name. Now I want to sell house for that I requires noc from existing heirs my brother and sister and they are agree. But is it essential to take noc from brother's wife and sister's husband ad per goa's law? Please give me answer.

Q: Want a part of land form ancestral land for agricultural purposes.

The land is in the name of my husband's grandfather and I want some land for agricultural plantation purpose is is possible legally to get that, as his family is against it, also I just want to do plantation I am not asking to transfer it on my name. Please advise.

Q: Boundaries mismatching in sale deed and physical land

Land plot was purchased from vendor 40 yrs ago mutation done and partitioned also build my house and staying for about 39 yrs now the vendor has asked for demarcation of his remaining land and claims that I am in possession of wrong boundaries and have built my house on the wrong side and wants to sue me and also take action on my house. Pls advise me how to go about this case

Q: Dispute over Ancestoral Property

Property in Goa, purchased by grand father who 6 children. Son (X) decides to stay with his family on the property. The rest, live in India and later on some siblings move abroad. After 40 yrs the other siblings decides the property has to be split and each of them gets their equal shares. Son (X) deceased, pays house taxes, electricity bills, water tax and maintains the property all these yrs. Son (X) family who lives on the property is demanding half the property. Do they have the right?

I m married for 6 yrs. I hv done love marrige against my family. My in laws behavior is toxic and my husband gets easily influenced by them.They also forced me to get pregnant taking pills n all for 2 yrs. Dr then insisted to collect husband semens report as well.
