Rights of son on mother's property

Hi My father purchased a property in my mother name. The total amount given by my father & myself in equal share. What ii be the rights on this property to me. Plz clarify whether I have rights on this legally ? . Also please clarify the rights of daughters in this case. Thank you.

The property becomes absolute to your mother, she has the full rights to the property. only after her life time son and daughter have equal rights. daughters have equal rights as that of the son. your mother can alienate The property, or settle the same to anyone.

A son cannot claim any part of his mothers property acquired by himself during her lifetime. If a Hindu woman (mother) passes away without leaving a will, the property is distributed among the legal heirs according to the Hindu Succession Act. Legal heirs include: husband, sons, daughters, and if they are predeceased their children.
