My mothers property nomeny after her death

I am only daughter of my father. Our house land owner is my morher. Unfotunately my mother died in cerebral attack. Now in my family we are two person my father and me. Now I want to ask who will be the next owner or in whos name the property will transfer. Please note I am a married woman.
Section15, of the Hindu Succession Act, states that General rules of succession in the case of female Hindus
(a) firstly, upon the sons and daughters
(including the children of any pre-deceased son or
daughter) and the husband;
(b) secondly, upon the heirs of the husband;
(c) thirdly, upon the mother and father;
(d) fourthly, upon the heirs of the father; and
(e) lastly, upon the heirs of the mother.
But without detail discussion proper consult is not possible.

you and your father are both the owner of the property. In legal heir certificate your father name will be first since he is alive. As you are married you are also liable for ownership of the property.
