How can collect society maintenance? Register agreement or mcgm approval plan.

Under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, the collection of society maintenance is typically governed by the society's own bylaws and rules. These bylaws may outline the specific procedures and criteria for determining maintenance charges, collection methods, and any other relevant aspects. The Act does not specifically prescribe whether the maintenance collection should be based on a registered agreement or the approval plan from the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM).
