You can ask the Secretary to give you in writing under the Society's Letterhead that 'For what the Secretary had charged you in terms of Bifurcation & as such, it should mention the receipt in return of how much amount which had been issued to you in exchange of payment made by you. In such written document which the Secretary is going to give, if something which is extra doesn't gets reflected, then you again cross-check with him by expressing your concern regarding that extra for which you were being charged. Later on, still if the grievance remains in existence from your end, you can raise this issue in the Society meeting before all the members of the Society & Committee Members, also get it recorded in the minutes of the meeting. If the issue is not going to get resolved in the meeting too, escalate this issue to get it solved before the Registrar of Societies or before the Co-operative Court as per the adopted By-laws of the Society & the concerned Co-Operative Societies Act of the concerned year.
