I applied a loan instant loan app i can't pay coz of family situation now i got legal notice but i can pay after 2 months full settlement what I do now .any one help me i need to going to court i get loan only 12000

send it through RPAD then you will get back the acknowledgement card and have it as a proof. it will take more than three months to file a suit so dont worry give the money back through account or with a proof then you will not have any problem
