How to file Complaint against RWA in New Delhi

12-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
I live in a gated colony. As per the MCD norms gates are supposed to be closed by 11:00 p.m and entry should be only once verified by guards. However, one of the gates near my house is closed at 8;00 p.m. Not only as a result i have to travel an extra Kilometer but at night it is an inconvenience. The gate is simply closed and no movement is possible. Discussion with RWA has been futile and hostile. Hence I would want to take legal steps to ensure that the existing 11:00 p.m norm is adhered to

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can ask them about your grievances. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

In such a case one should write down to the concerned RWA explaining his grievances and problems faced by that person and his family during day and night. Even after writing to the concerned RWA, no step is taken by that concerned authority then one can move to the court of jurisdiction and can get the genuine relief in time.

General Body of the Association. Most RWAs may have bylaws which contain information on how to address issues and who to contact. The GBA is responsible for resolving all appeals of decisions made by the managing committee.
