How to file Complaint against RWA in New Delhi

I live in a gated colony. As per the MCD norms gates are supposed to be closed by 11:00 p.m and entry should be only once verified by guards. However, one of the gates near my house is closed at 8;00 p.m. Not only as a result i have to travel an extra Kilometer but at night it is an inconvenience. The gate is simply closed and no movement is possible. Discussion with RWA has been futile and hostile. Hence I would want to take legal steps to ensure that the existing 11:00 p.m norm is adhered to
If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can ask them about your grievances. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

How do you deal with RWA?
The Registrar can cancel the registration. You can file for an injunction to prevent the RWA from performing a certain act you deem harmful to a resident. Injunctions can be preventive, prohibitory, or restraining in nature. 08-May-2023
