Can I send notice to opposite party while case is in court

I filed an eviction suit in civil court because after end of lease term tanent refuse to vacate. thay r paying me rent through neft but I do not want to receive rent.
should I send them notice directly or ask court to instruct tanent to stop paying rent.

यदि आपने बेदखली का दावा किराया ना देने के आधार पर दायर किया है तो किराया अदा कर देने से आपका दावा खारिज हो सकता है लेकिन यदि आप का दावा किसी अन्य आधार पर है तो किराया देने मात्र से कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा। हालांकि मेरी राय यह है कि उससे कोई भी किराया नहीं ले और चाहे तो उसे लीगल नोटिस भी अपनी की के अपने वकील के माध्यम से भेज सकते हैं जिसमें आप उसे किराएदार ना मानकर अतिक्रामक के तौर पर संबोधित करना होगा।

you can refuse to take the rent from your tenant as the lease time has expired you must file a suit for eviction you cannot make forcefully to vacate the premises . first go to the court for eviction suit Court may grant temporary injunction to your tenant if they go first
