Agar aapke upar IPC 279 aur IPC 337 ka case register hua hai, toh aap sirf fine bhar kar court me is case ko close karwa sakte hain. Iske liye aap kisi local vakil se salah le sakte hain. Dono offenses bailable hain, aur court aap par lagbhag Rs. 3,000-Rs. 5,000 tak ka jurmana laga sakti hai.
Lekin ek baat dhyan me rakhiye, पीड़ित व्यक्ति aapke khilaf Motor Vehicles Act ke tahat civil case bhi file kar sakta hai muaavze ke liye. Halaanki, jo fine aap court me denge, woh possible compensation amount me adjust ho sakta hai.

family member consist of 3 sister and two brother. Father ,who is sole owner of property ,which was earned by own earned money and died with registered will in favour of both son and spouse.What are legal procedure to change owner name as per will.

If the sisters do not have any objection to the will, then you can directly go to the tehsil and get the will renamed and if there is an objection, you will have to go to the civil court and file a case, and on the basis of the decision from there, all of you will be named.
