Q: divorce without marriage certificate possible ?

I don't have marriage certificate. 5 years complete my marriage. without certificate I'm taken possible for divorce, is marriage certificate required for divorce ?

answer:-हां बिना मेर्रिज सर्टिफिकेट के भी तलाक किया जा सकता है तलाक केस फाइल करने में इसकी आवश्यकता महत्वपूर्ण नही है आपकी शादी के फोटोग्राफ तथा आधार कार्ड एवं विवाह पत्रिका यदि हो तो इन दस्तावेजो के आधार पर आप तलाक ले सकते है

My husband's girlfriend filed a fake 494 on her husband and dragged my name into that 494 case. Just because my husband dont want to return my dowry money and all the stuffs which was given by my parents in the marriage. And my husband is using that 494 FIR in my divorce case which is filed by my husband. He is putting false allegation on me. I dont have brother. My parents are more than 60-year-old and I am taking care of my parents. Please suggest me what should I do in this situation.

First of all dont worry...Allegations have to be proved in the court...I have some que regarding your marriage...When your marriage got solemnized and from how much time you are resciding at your parents home....

Q: I want to know about voidable marriage case

Hello, I am priya. My have got married on 28 feb 2020. I have kidney problem by birth but doctors tells to me you will not face any issue in life time. But before marriage I didn’t told to my in lows. Now because of UTI and wrong treatment of my kidney they aware of this problem. They want divorce from me. I’m not ready. I want to ask you that is they can apply voidable marriage case in section 12.
