Q: How to withdraw fir from police station ?

Someone has filed FIR in a police station against me. Now they want to withdraw FIR from the police station. Can FIR be withdrawn? How to withdraw FIR from the police station? Or will this be done from the court/somewhere else? Please guide.

An FIR, once registered, cannot be withdrawn directly from the police station, but you can seek a compromise in court if the case falls under compoundable offenses. Cases under non-compoundable sections cannot be withdrawn, but the complainant can still retract their statement in court.

Yes you can file an fir under section 420,384,503 of ipc there is nothing such to worry about it .Mean while you have to prove that you have given money to her .If you will not take step in time this may lead you to a seviour pain

U need not have to go any legal process for lodging a fir and getting it's copy it's right of the complainent to get the fir copy for the incident you have reported for.if not you can complaint to senior police officer for the same if still fir is not lodged or lodged in section which favours opposition to minimise the charges then you can ho to the court

Have three documents, two with signatures of same person, which are genuine and match. Third document alleged forged signature of person who signed on document one and two mentioned earlier. Prima facie also this signature on doc 3 looks quite different from that on doc 1 and 2. However due to reasons unknown the person who has signed on doc 1 and 2 has declared that the signature on doc 3 is also made by him. My query, is it possible to prove from a handwriting expert which will be accepted in court of law that the signature on doc 3 is not made by the person who made the signature on doc 1 and 2. how to prove forged document in court ?

The main thing here is whether the sign made is against the will of the appropriate candidates. If the appropriate candidate refuses to accept the sign, then there are many private, reputable organizations working in the same field. You can call them handwriting experts, their reports can also be helpful for you in proving yourself.
