The applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishingnP.R. and S.B. of Rs.25,000/­ (Rs. Twenty FivenThousand) with one surety in the like amount. What documents might be requiredWhat does this mean ?

Hi...it means that you should go to the court which issued this order and fill a form of surety bond. surety is a person from you family or friends. in that surety bond form the details of that surety will be filled. he had to deposit attach some documents of property of which he is an owner and whose market value os of rs. 25,000/- or more. You will also need an IDENTIFIER who could be a reputed and well known person like MC,SARPANCH,MEMBER PANCHAYAT ETC. of your area. Identifier has to sign the above mentioned surety bond.

when you would be submitting bail bond toh koi other person aapke behalf pe surety dega aur apni koi asset jamanat ke taur par dega jiski value is more than rs. 25000. documents required would be vehicle rc of latest model. that would suffice for this particular amount
