How to comply by the judgement given in a cheque bounce case
05-May-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Judgement given that I got to pay 7lakh with six months imprisonment and one more month if not paid in default. I've taken bail for appealing but now I feel it's better to surrender as I can't pay the amount which I've not taken in real. I got trapped by a friend. How do I surrender and take the punishment given?

The court might have given you a date most probably 30 days time to prefer an appeal. On the date given by the court you must attend the court in the mean time if the appeal is not numbered you will be automatically taken into custody. But this is penal punishment..you can't escape the civil liability..so it's better to prefer an appeal . Appeal against fine amount also so that you can get some time.

You can file appeal before the Hon'ble Sessions court against the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble Lower Court within one month from the date of judgment. There is no need to pay 7 Lakhs till the appeal period is over and the appellate court will decide whether to confirm the lower court judgment or set aside the judgment passed by the lower court . Don't be in a hurry engage a advocate to file appeal before the appellate court.

Dear Client,
Now a days the cheques matters are very much happening and have to more careful while issuing a cheque to somebody
I think it is almost an end, you need to face the situation by approach in PS with that orders and take a bail or take it to the next level appeal in high court and put an insolvency petition then that will give you a bit relief in it.
