Q: Harassment and blackmail by 14 year old son

My son is 14 year old, he is completely out of track.. he stopped going to school from his 7th standard stole around 60k from home and spent on friends, liquor, cigarettes, weed when caught and asked him he was so aggressive and literally started hitting me and his mother with a belt and what not.. after so much struggle we managed to join him in a rehab he stayed there for 1year and came back home. Things were fine for a week and after that everything cameback to square one recent he started blackmailing me and threatening me for everything i am helpless and started surrendering to him by giving him whatever he wants.. recently he started abusing me hitting me punching me. I am helpless I can’t choose anything.. i am afraid if i join him in a rehab he might come back and kill me.. i want to get rid of him. I can’t find a way. I am extremely disturbed, depressed and blank. How do i proceed?

Give a police complaint. They will register a case and will send him to juvenile court for correction.The court will deal your matter. The juvenile court is there to help people from child bad behaviour or offenders.

Q: the validity of an unregistered will

Is unregistered WILL valid? even if the WILL is properly written with 3 witnesses?

Yes. Unregistered will is valid. According to law the registration of the will Is optional.So there should not be any problem for unregistered will.The validity of the will cannot be questioned on the ground of its registration.

Q: How to comply by the judgement given in a cheque bounce case

Judgement given that I got to pay 7lakh with six months imprisonment and one more month if not paid in default. I've taken bail for appealing but now I feel it's better to surrender as I can't pay the amount which I've not taken in real. I got trapped by a friend. How do I surrender and take the punishment given?

Q: How to get a divorce if husband is absconding

Sir my sister husband has been escaped from home.. After a long time she applied for divorce.. And also we filed a case....in court my sister turn came there she said there is no violence in between my husband and me....now our lawyer saying that u won't get divorce., voilence is the only reason for divorce...but there is no violence in between them... Is she get divorce or not?
