Dear sandipbhai

We have to send one legal notice to your HR for the same.at other side also if your department will not take any action on our notice than move for recovery through court.so dear u will sure succeed if u take legal action

We need to legally peruse the contents of the appointment letter to tender our opinion on the same. However pending salary they are legally bound to pay since that was due at the time of Your separation from the company. For further advise you may connect
