I want to take divorce from my husband but he refused to give me divorce and my parents are refuse to accept me in their house what should I have to do?

Dear MemYou have to file maintenence matter against your husband as well u can also file section 13(A) application against your husband for divorce.As well u can also demand shelter from your parents. And u will succeed definatly.

Q: My husband left me for 15 years and had a child with another women

My husband left me for more than 15years,and recentlyi got a proof that he is been living woth another women and he have a small girl child, what should i do?

Q: I want to do a case on my boyfriend and also my parents

I want to do case on my boyfriend as he cheated on me and my mom dad as they dont allow me to marry my boyfriend and force me to marry else and my boyfriend mom is also support my boyfeiend aa he know that i was pregnant for 4 month last year

Q: Salary not paid after termination

Q: My friends wife has file domestic violence case against him

Dear Sir / Madam,My friends wife left the house without his consent and the reason for left house is she was chatting and calling to two other male friends. She chat with unbelievable words like she is calling them husband and sending the kissing photos, talking with them more than 3000 seconds daily. One day my friend came to home and ask her about all these she angrily spoken abusing words and gone in another room and told one guy that you have to come and tell everybody that we were chatting and calling because my husband was keeping eye on me...after that she left the house. My friend straightaway complaint to police that his wife left house without his consent.My friend copied all whatsapp screenshot of her chat, jio statement etc. and his wife filled Domestic violence and Maintenance in the court against him..Pls guide in this matter

Dear sirNow matter is clear that your frnds wife have extra mrtal relation so u have to proceed case and with all evidence. And if u have sufficient proof than 110% matter in your favor as well she will not get maintenance from him.
